Check Out The Tezos Ecosystem Career Fair On Reddit’s Most Popular Cryptocurrency Subreddit r/Cryptocurrency Friday, May 20th

The Tezos Ecosystem Career Fair

The r/CryptoCurrency subreddit is hosting the Tezos Ecosystem Career Fair on Friday, May 20!

In this event on the most popular cryptocurrency subreddit on Reddit, you can explore job opportunities from teams that work in the Tezos ecosystem.

Who doesn’t want a job that brings bread on the table while taking part in the fastest evolving blockchain out there?

Anyone that is interested should check out the event this Friday. And even if you’re not on the market for a new job, as a Tezos supporter, it’s always a good thing to voice your positive thoughts on Tezos in general. So, make sure to check it out.

Reddit

Reddit is one of the most popular websites in the world and ranked as the 9th most visited website worldwide in March this year.

“Reddit is a network of communities where people can dive into their interests, hobbies and passions. There’s a community for whatever you’re interested in on Reddit.”

Specific topics of interest are listed on user-created areas/forums called “subreddits”, where users can only post and discuss these specific topics.

r/Cryptocurrency is a subreddit dedicated specifically to the topic of cryptocurrency.

With close to 5 million subscribers, it is the biggest and most active subreddit dedicated to cryptocurrency.

Although moderators of the sub can be tough (and we can imagine why with ~5 million subscribers and an average of 20,000 active users at any given time), Tezos related posts still manage to capture a good spot on the top page regularly (and we’re proud to say XTZ.News articles have featured in the past too).

Brigading

As we touch on the subject, I’d like to emphasize the following on general Reddit etiquettes.

In their enthusiasm, some people do post links to Reddit threads on Twitter occasionally. But please be advised to never do this.

Reddit moderators can see the source of incoming traffic. And if they notice that a lot of people get in through a direct link, they can label a post as “Brigaded” and delete, or shadow-ban the post (in a bid to protect other valuable discussions and promote fair play). So, please refrain from doing so.

If you want to point out that something good is posted on Reddit, you can let people know to visit the subreddit to find out more, but don’t post direct links to a thread/discussion.

This way posts will not be deleted by mods and you can still create awareness that something is worth checking out.
