A month and a half after members of the Miami-Dade Cryptocurrency Task Force were appointed, the group continues exploring the feasibility for the county to start accepting cryptocurrencies and other digital monetary forms as methods of payment for taxes, fees and services.
As soon as Friday, Nov. 5, the group is to hold a workshop to pick the questions and decide the target of a survey to evaluate the interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrencies in the county.
