1) Polkadot Governance Says Yes to Parachains
Polkadot’s governance council approves Parachain auctions. The motion has passed the council and now moves for public approval.
Technically it upgrades Polkadot running time to v9122. If the public referendum passes, teams can begin the crowdloan. They can also register as parachains on November 4.
The Polkadot community seems motivated by the announcement. The price of $DOT rallied 15% and reached 49 dollars. $DOT had its All-Time High at 49.35 dollars last May.
