Bitcoin price rises over $38,400, cryptocurrency market in green

Bicoin price soared slightly as the global cryptocurrency market was trading in green, according to data on coindesk.

The world’s most popular and the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, Bitcoin was up but still trading below $40,000-mark as the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine remains unabated.

BITCOIN, ETHER PRICES UP

Bitcoin was trading at $38,447.98, up by 0.87 per cent.

The second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, Ethereum was up by 0.89 per cent at $2,543.66.

OTHER CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICES

XRP was up by 0.83 per cent at $0.723241, Terra was up by 0.37 per cent, Solana was up by 0.99 per cent, Avalanche 1.18 per cent, Polkadot was up by 1.20 per cent, Stellar was up by 0.61 per cent.

Other popular alt coin Dogecoin was down by 0.44 per cent, and Shiba Inu was up by 0.02 per cent.

“Bitcoin and Ethereum rose a bit in the past 24 hours. BTC and ETH are trading above US$38,000 and US$2,500 after falling back over the weekend. The intraday charts suggest BTC to be oversold,” Edul Patel, CEO and Co-founder, Mudrex, said.

“The support level between US$37,000 to US$40,000 can stabilize the pullback. According to the market cap, most top cryptocurrencies have also shown up in green in the past day. Several investors are staying away from high-risk assets with the ongoing tension between Russia and Ukraine,” Edul Patel said.
