What crypto exchanges are saying about the current market scenario

Mudrex co-founder and CEO Edul Patel told ABP Live, “Bitcoin dropped below the $20,000 level on Thursday for the sixth consecutive day. Despite the fall, BTC has not gone below the$19,000 level, so we might see its price trade sideways for the next few days. This downward trend might be due to concerns over the FOMC minutes and macroeconomic uncertainty. In contrast, Ethereum has been outperforming BTC for quite some time now due to its recent network activity and the upcoming Merge. ETH may likely break out of the $2,000 level before the Merge.”

Sathvik Vishwanath, CEO and co-founder of Unocoin said, “On Thursday, the crypto market saw mostly bearing and barely stable reactions. Well-known coins like Bitcoin fell by 1.5 percent and Ether fell by 2 percent. The small gain seen during Wednesday’s session got neutralised due to this. Turnaround before early next week would be challenging. The categories of privacy coins and NFT-based tokens got hit the most which had to shed as much as 3 percent during the session.”

weTrade founder Prashant Kumar offered his take on the market scenario as well, “September started on a mixed note for cryptocurrency investors as Bitcoin, which has the largest market share, once again dropped below the $20,000 threshold. Ethereum, which is headed to launch the much-awaited Merge next week, managed to hold its position and is inching closer to $1,600. However, the top gainer for the day was Terra Classic (LUNC). The token has seen a skyrocketing increase of 107 percent in the last seven days and 21 percent in the past 24 hours alone.”
